Customized dolls: Most brands of TPE dolls usually make 2-3 weeks to make and arrive in 7-15 days; silicone dolls will take 4-8 weeks to make and arrive in 7-15 days.
Dolls in Stock: Ships within 2 days! If it is out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know.
Adult products are generally not accepted for returns. Returns will be accepted if your doll is brand new, unused, and HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED. Once we verify that the package is in good condition, we will refund the remaining amount to you after deducting a certain fee (shipping fee and restocking fee).
